reservationS: • We require all our guests to make a prior reservation. No walk-in guests are accepted. Inquiries can be made between 8 am to 8 pm at 0917-8126687. You can also send your inquiries through email at casasanpablo.boots@gmail.com. • To make a reservation, call or text Boots Alcantara at 0917-8126687. He will inform you if there are rooms available on the days you plan to come. • Full payment is required to confirm reservation. Payments are accepted at Metrobank by depositing to CASA SAN PABLO Savings Account No. 344-3-344507067, Metrobank Xavier/Ortigas Branch or at Banco de Oro Savings Account No. 6410008553, Connecticut Branch. You can deposit at any Metrobank branch but deposits made to BDO that are not in the specified branch would entail a finance charge. • Send the deposit slip to us by pasting it on a bond paper then faxing it to 724-7023 or emailing a scanned copy to casasanpablo.boots@gmail.com. Please also indicate the following information: * Names of all guests (include three room preferences and who, if any, will share a room). * Age of each guest. * Date of booking. Expected check in and checkout times. * Meals you will be having with us. * Any special * Contact person with cell number and landline. • Boots Alcantara will personally confirm the reservation through a phone call. This includes confirmation of the rooms that you will get. • In case of a conflict in the reservations, Casa San Pablo will refund the deposited amount. Just send us your bank details. • For Corporate bookings, a signed contract is required. We will prepare a contract based on your requirements. Payment can be picked up at your office. • Cancellation of booking after deposit shall mean forfeiture of down payment. • If not everyone who was booked arrives, we will still charge for the number of people originally in the reservation.     Important policies inside Casa San Pablo: • Drivers are not allowed to stay and sleep in the parking lots or cars for security reasons. We have affordable drivers’ quarters where they can be billeted. The rate is 700 pesos/person with food at 100 pesos/meal. • Pets are allowed to stay inside the premises subject to the approval of the Casa San Pablo management.
